Mission Statement  -  The Southern California Balloon Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the sport of hot air ballooning and other lighter than air craft. Membership is comprised of commercial and private pilots, their crews, family, and others interested in ballooning. The SCBA organizes informal competitive and recreational events. The club promotes safety and education in our sport and sponsors safety and educational seminars. Meetings and events are held monthly.

SCBA Membership Dues
Starting with the year 2004, all SCBA membership dues will be effective April of each year.  In other words, everyone renews membership at the same time every year.  Pro-rated dues will be calculated as of April 30.    All memberships include a monthly newsletter.
Associate Member (No vote)   $30.00          
Voting Member (1 vote)   $35.00 
Family Membership (2 votes)  $40.00
